This article will screen and cultivate four kinds of microbial strains. Through experimental design, calcium carbonate induced by four different microbial strains was prepared. The morphology of the biological calcium carbonate was studied using field emission scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy. The factors affecting the characteristics of calcium carbonate were revealed.
