摘要

本研究旨在确定农业现代化对工作偏好的影响。农业现代化有两个变量，即人力资源特征和农业特征。这类研究是采用定量描述性分析的调查研究。这项研究的地点是在巴图对16-22岁的Karang Taruna（农民的孩子）受访者进行的。抽样技术使用了斯洛文尼亚的公式，得到了100名受访者。抽样技术采用比例随机抽样技术和谷歌表单数据收集方法。本研究的数据分析技术为测试仪器和多元线性回归分析。结果表明，巴图Junrejo区Karang Taruna的工作偏好对农业现代化有显著影响。
