Besides, the components of corrosion products are obtained by the energy spectrum analysis. The research results indicate that H2S partial pressure is the most sensitive factor to the corrosion of N80 pipeline and the influence of CO2 partial pressure on corrosion of N80 pipeline is weaker than Cl− concentration and temperature in the South China Sea. 摘要本工作的目的是研究复杂环境条件下油气井管道的腐蚀敏感性(即不同环境因素对管道腐蚀影响的主次关系)。采用正交试验法设计试验方案。采用失重法分析了N80钢在不同环境条件下的平均腐蚀速率。然后利用扫描电子显微镜观察腐蚀产物的表面和截面腐蚀形貌。此外,通过能谱分析得到了腐蚀产物的成分。研究结果表明,H2S分压是N80管道腐蚀的最敏感因素,CO2分压对N80管道腐蚀的影响弱于南海Cl−浓度和温度。该研究有助于石油钻井工程在复杂环境条件下寻找直接有效的缓蚀剂。
