摘要

本研究基于2003-2015年期间土耳其企业层面的数据,考察了出口对就业的影响。为此,我们采用倾向得分匹配(PSM)和差分中的差分(DID)技术来构建治疗模型。结果表明,出口对企业就业有显著的促进作用。具体来说,这种影响对劳动密集和低/中低技术部门的土耳其制造公司以及支付较低工资的公司更为显著。

The Impact of Exports on Firm Employment in Türkiye
