Parents of children with disabilities were unable to go to therapy, due to strict physical distancing measures and other necessary epidemiological measures to prevent disease transmission. Numerous challenges have emerged that need to be addressed, a global crisis has been created, which has and will continue to have a profound impact on all areas of life. The aim of this study was to examine the satisfaction of parents of children with disabilities, included in the Early Intervention Program within the Rehabilitation Center Zagreb, who obtained on-line professional support. An online survey questionnaire and descriptive statistic were applied. Research has shown that most parents, although satisfied with the online services and support, prefer to choose face-to-face therapy. This paper presents evidence of online work through communication technologies, highlights the challenges and risks associated with online methods, and raises questions about the ways to provide intervention and support to parents with the aim to develop their skills and competencies guided by professionals to improve the quality of life of children and families.
