The clinical signs, the movements, and the morphology of the microfilariae in the direct examination of fresh blood, peripheral blood smear and Knott’s modified test supported the diagnosis. 摘要本文报道了一例猫感染狄氏疟的病例，其临床症状为冷漠、厌食、呼吸困难、呼吸暂停、轻度脱水和粘膜苍白。影像学检查显示心脏肥大，脑叶动脉扩张，尾叶动脉弯曲、增大。在肺实质的右叶，可见间质性肺混浊倾向于肺泡混浊。新鲜血液直接检查、外周血涂片和Knott改良试验中微丝蚴的临床体征、运动和形态支持了诊断。我们提醒临床医生，当猫出现呼吸道症状时，有必要将猫心丝虫病视为流行地区的鉴别诊断。
