In order to achieve the aim of the paper, the following operational objec­tives have been formulated: (1) to discuss the concepts of organisational culture and cultural factors of changes in the organisation on the example of the corporation operating in the transportation and logistics industry; (2) to identify mutual correlations between organisational culture and diversity management; (3) to assess the impact of cultural factors related to the base of diversity management in the corporation A. 摘要
