As a key factor of production in the digital economy era, data plays an important role in China’s green transformation. The results show that data elements can significantly promote green transformation by improving technical efficiency and achieving technological progress. 摘要

进入21世纪以来，数字经济实现了跨越式发展。数据作为数字经济时代的关键生产要素，在中国的绿色转型中发挥着重要作用。本文基于2011 - 2019年中国282个地级市的面板数据，研究了数据要素与绿色转型的关系。结果表明，数据要素通过提高技术效率、实现技术进步，对绿色转型具有显著的促进作用。基于上述结论，各地应加快数字经济基础设施建设，培养数字人才，降低资源依赖，完善绿色、低碳、循环发展体系，制定结合地方经济发展水平的数字经济发展战略，提高资源利用效率和劳动生产率，积极推进绿色转型。
