Therefore, as a first step to understanding the actual situation, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on the information of fish rich in EPA and DHA and the intake of Ca and protein. Sixty-one participants were given a self-anubnustered questionnaire regarding fish, calcium and protein intake. The questionnaire method is self-administered, and the questions are about age, height, weight, and desired purchase price of fish.
