Some cases resolve spontaneously without the need for surgical correction. 摘要

目的：描述一例由急性后玻璃体脱离（PVD）引起的黄斑微孔自发闭合的病例。方法：回顾性分析病例报告及患者资料。病例报告：我们报告了一例由玻璃体后脱离（PVD）引起的黄斑微孔自发闭合的病例。在我们的患者中，黄斑微孔在急性PVD后几周出现。继发于急性PVD的黄斑裂孔的发生是罕见的，并且有自发闭合的报道。报告这一病例对于提醒临床医生这种病理的潜在自我解决性质很重要。结论：黄斑裂孔是一种罕见的急性PVD并发症。有些病例无需手术矫正即可自行解决。如果不存在高风险特征，保守的方法可能是合适的设置。
