The patients' good psychological nursing was maintained before and after operation; health education and humanized and individualized clinical nursing during operation were adopted; and the patients' treatment compliance was enhanced. The effect of pre-, intra- and post-treatment nursing on clinical efficacy was analyzed. \n \n \nResults \nIn the 100 patients, the total recovery rate was 95%; the effective rate was 98%; and the recurrence rate was 8%. \n \n \nConclusion \nIra photodynamic therapy for condyloma acuminatum is a new method with good curative effect and a low recurrence rate. Observation and nursing experience of ALA-PDT in treatment of condyloma acuminatum
Objective
To explore the clinical efficacy of ALA-PDT in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum (CA) and the characteristics of clinical nursing methods.
Methods
100 CA patients were treated with Ira photodynamic therapy. The patients' good psychological nursing was maintained before and after operation; health education and humanized and individualized clinical nursing during operation were adopted; and the patients' treatment compliance was enhanced. The effect of pre-, intra- and post-treatment nursing on clinical efficacy was analyzed.
Results
In the 100 patients, the total recovery rate was 95%; the effective rate was 98%; and the recurrence rate was 8%.
Conclusion
Ira photodynamic therapy for condyloma acuminatum is a new method with good curative effect and a low recurrence rate. It is important to provide patients with serious, meticulous and penetrating clinical nursing strategies in the course of treatment, so as to improve the clinical efficacy.
