This is a qualitative study using descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used were observation, structured interviews and documentation. 摘要

本研究旨在描述:1)小学教师教育部学生的教学能力掌握情况;2) 举报人面临的教学能力障碍;3) 举报人为克服教学能力障碍所做的努力。这是一项使用描述性方法的定性研究。所使用的数据收集技术包括观察、结构化访谈和记录。结果表明:1)未来教师能够掌握十种能力中的七种,因此信息提供者需要在其他三个方面进行改进,即:课程开发;实施有教育的学习;与学生进行有效、富有同情心和礼貌的沟通;2) 举报人面临的障碍是他们没有很好地掌握内容材料;媒体发展缺乏创造性;他们没有很好地掌握古典管理;3) 举报人所需要的努力是通过从各种来源寻找参考资料来增加对学习材料的了解,提高媒体发展的创造力,以及能够自信和斥责学生。
