MIC & MBC of Streptococcus mutans is 25µg/mL & 25µg/mL respectively. MIC & MBC of Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans is 50µg/mL & 50µg/mL respectively. Time Kill Curve of Streptococcus mutans and Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans was 2hr and 2hr respectively.
