Through the application of qualitative methods with a case study approach, the results of this study reveal that the management process still does not meet the standards required by the government as the organizing program for the Similar Early Childhood Education Unit (SPS) program. 摘要

考虑到公众对幼儿教育重要性的认识水平低,管理质量低,缺乏基础设施(以APE的形式),以及公众的许多假设,即幼儿教育只能由有经济能力的人来实现,导致缺乏让孩子参与幼儿教育计划的动力,有必要对社区举办的非正规幼儿教育项目的管理进行优化研究,例如在万隆县西部rw09 Ciwaruga村开展的SPS幼儿教育Cempaka项目。本研究运用定性方法与个案研究的方法,结果显示相似幼儿教育单位(SPS)计划的管理流程仍未达到政府作为组织计划所要求的标准。因此,管理者必须能够明确并找到方法,通过有效实施幼儿教育管理的管理职能来实现所设定的所有目标。
