Finding your way to your destination gives you the guidance you need to navigate a complex and rugged terrain, while moving fast, combining orienteering skills and aerobic exercise capacity. To be competitive at this level, he must train regularly, not only to increase motor skills (such as speed and endurance), but also to acquire cognitive (mental) skills.
