Water restriction provided mycelial growth for all isolates. 摘要

本研究旨在评价仙人掌根际真菌对植物生长的促进作用。分离物具有溶解磷酸盐、产生乙酸-3-吲哚(AIA)、对抗植物病原体和在水下生长的活性。对所有测试结果进行统计分析。所研究的分离株能够溶解磷酸盐,其中F04(曲霉属)和F05(辐射状小蠊属)是表现出最高溶解指数的分离株。至于AIA的产生,F02(青霉属)和F07(曲霉属)是最有希望的。所有菌株都能抑制炭疽菌和镰刀菌的生长。水分限制为所有菌株提供了菌丝生长。因此,这些特性赋予了植物作为生长促进剂的特性。
