The consensus illustrated the classification of the NCP patients, severe trauma patients in need of emergency surgery, emergency surgery type, hierarchical protection for medical personnel and treatment places. 摘要

2019年12月以来，湖北省武汉市发生了一场由人类从未见过的新型冠状病毒(2019- ncov)引起的新型冠状病毒肺炎(NCP)疫情。中国采取了史上最严格的隔离和封闭管理措施来控制疫情的传播。然而，NCP患者仍可发生严重创伤。为规范隐匿感染、疑似或确诊感染的重症外伤患者的急诊救治和感染防控工作，中华医师协会创伤外科分会组织召开本次专家共识会议。共识阐述了新型冠状病毒感染患者的分类、需要急诊手术的严重创伤患者、急诊手术类型、医务人员的分级保护和治疗场所。同时，该共识规范了新型冠状病毒流行期严重创伤患者的筛查、损伤严重程度评估、急诊手术治疗策略和术后管理策略，为该类患者的临床治疗提供了依据。关键词:冠状病毒感染;肺炎;伤口和伤害;外科手术;感染预防和控制
