本文试图提供Pondok Modern DarussalamGontor Ponorogo Indonesia的商业发展模式。Pondok Modern Darlas Gontor成功管理了30个业务单元，形成了自己的特色。就经营单元管理的特点而言，Pondok Modern Darlas Gontor是：基于小屋价值的规划；基于再生的组织；变革性的集体领导力；以及全面质量控制。在实施过程中，管理的特点大致形成特点，即：实施以业务单元为基础的边做边学；自助系统的实现；财政集中；以及创建balance和Baatinites lahiriyah福利。
