摘要

基于团队断层线理论，本文考察了不同类型的董事会断层线对跨国并购创新的影响。本文利用中国企业跨国并购数据，发现信息断层和社会类别断层与跨国并购创新呈倒u型关系。文化距离弱化了信息断层在跨国并购创新中的作用。本文丰富了对跨国并购创新影响因素的研究，为企业选择董事会成员和创建合适的董事会断层线提供了依据。
