In this study we examine knowledge sharing behavior in those organization which are using information and communication technologies (ICTs) in their daily routine. We found that when employees trust each other, they tend to share more information. 摘要

本文从社会交换理论(SET)的角度,对组织中员工的知识共享行为进行了深入的研究。信任是影响知识共享行为的核心因素。为了检验知识共享行为,需要探究员工的信息共享行为。在本研究中,我们考察了那些在日常工作中使用信息通信技术的组织的知识共享行为。我们发现,当员工相互信任时,他们倾向于分享更多的信息。结果证实,员工之间的信任影响更高的知识共享率。
