In this study, social influence is not a good predictor for intention to use while perceived usefulness is. The effect size calculation showed that perceived usefulness has a substantial effect toward intention to use. System usage made a bigger impact on perceived benefits rather than on user satisfaction. The implications are, first, the authority in the agency must promote the usefulness of the system.
