摘要

患者男性，35岁，因"上腹疼痛不适10 h"入院。查X光片示上腹部异物。CT示肝左叶异物可能。查体未见腹膜炎体征。实验室检查血常规示白细胞10.7×109/L，中性粒细胞8.6×109/L，其余未见异常。遂行腹腔镜下肝脏异物取出术，见左肝外叶与膈肌局部粘连，超声刀分离粘连见一针状金属异物，用分离钳完整取出。患者术后无并发症。
