摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱和分子模拟方法研究了5,17-二-(n -聚氨基甲基)-25,27-二丙氧基杯[4]芳烃与脂肪族二羧酸sc4 - C10在水-有机溶液中的主-客络合作用。超分子配合物的稳定性常数(log KA =2.56 ~ 3.05)取决于酸的结构、pKa和log p值。二羧酸的COOH基团的氢键与杯芳烃的上缘氮原子或下缘氧原子的配合作用是决定的。
