The data obtained were analyzed using conditional process analysis and SPSS-Process.\nFindings – The results of this study indicated that POSE had a positive effect on environmental performance and proved that this influence can be found through the mediating role of OBCE. Then, the individual green value moderated the effect of POSE on OCBE, and the indirect effect of POSE on environmental performance through OCBE.\nResearch limitations/implications – The data in this study were only taken from one city in Indonesia in a cross-sectional manner; thus, it required research with longitudinal data to explore causality between variables.\nPractical implications – The findings of this study can be a consideration for managers in manufacturing companies to understand the importance of improving environmental performance in companies and what factors influence it.\nOriginality/value – Research that uses POSE and OCBE as factors that determine environmental performance in manufacturing companies, especially in Indonesia, is still limited. 摘要

本研究旨在通过考虑组织环境公民行为(OCBE)的中介作用和个体绿色价值观的调节作用,考察组织环境支持感知(POSE)对环境绩效的影响。设计/方法/方法-本研究采用定量方法,从制造公司的员工中抽取了215名受访者,并采用了有目的的抽样技术。采用条件过程分析和SPSS-Process对所得数据进行分析。研究结果-本研究结果表明,姿态对环境绩效有积极影响,并证明这种影响可以通过OBCE的中介作用来发现。个体绿色价值调节了姿态对外在行为的影响,并通过外在行为间接调节了姿态对环境绩效的影响。研究局限性/意义-本研究中的数据仅以横断面方式取自印度尼西亚的一个城市;因此,需要纵向数据研究来探索变量之间的因果关系。实际意义-本研究的结果可以为制造公司的管理者考虑,以了解改善公司环境绩效的重要性以及影响因素。原创性/价值-使用POSE和OCBE作为决定制造公司环境绩效的因素的研究,特别是在印度尼西亚,仍然有限。此外,本研究还考虑了个人绿色价值观的调节作用,并有助于了解环境因素对公司的重要性。
