Examination of the systemic response was done with CBC before and 30 days after implantation. The analysis of red blood cells amount, haemoglobin level, haematocrite value, mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH), mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC), total white blood cell and its differentiation from each group did not show significant differences. 摘要

本研究旨在获得印度尼西亚当地不可降解金属植入物不锈钢(SS) 316L植入后的全血细胞计数(CBC)信息。将30只12周龄左右的成年雄性大鼠分为3组,即未植入的对照组、进口SS316L种植体组和印尼国家技术评估与应用局(BPPT)研制的国产SS316L种植体组。种植体组在股骨与股二头肌之间植入种植体。对照组在骨上形成缺损,不插入种植体材料。在植入前和植入后30天用CBC检查全身反应。各组红细胞数量、血红蛋白水平、红细胞压积值、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白(MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、白细胞总数及其分化分析均无显著差异。综上所述,进口不锈钢316L和国产土产不锈钢316L对血谱无负面影响。
