This information help organization in determining possible saving that could be achieved on process improvements.\nDue to the current situation of world economic and market competition, organizations are working to reduce their supply chain cost. For this being an employee of quality assurance department, selected the project to work in the reduction of cost of quality specifically appraisal cost because currently, the company has very high (approx. 70%) of its Quality budget associated with quality control activities thus decided to design and development of ‘’ Quality by Operation Project ‘’ to optimize the cost of quality.\nThe goals of this project are to measure, the appraisal cost and enhance the skill of the production workforce, and to highlight steps to optimize costs and processes.
