The proper fibre blending ensured higher matrix resin reinforcement, interlaminar strength and compactness in the structure. 摘要

本文研究了剑麻、黄麻和香蕉柄纤维(BPF)非织造布不同配比的增强复合材料。利用纤维增强材料制备了9种不同类型的复合材料样品。根据不同的ASTM标准分析了材料的拉伸、弯曲、冲击、吸水和DMA等力学性能。结果表明,75%:25%的黄麻/BPF复合增强剂显著提高了复合材料的力学性能和功能性能(DMA、吸水率)。适当的纤维共混确保了较高的基体树脂增强率、层间强度和结构致密性。SEM分析表明复合试样内部存在断裂。
