We investigated the mechanical properties and behaviour of the alloy matrix when combined with borosilicate powder as reinforcement. The composite was prepared by stir casting the Al7075 with specific weight percentages of nano-borosilicate. The performance of the composite was evaluated via analysis of the microstructure (SEM) and mechanical behaviour.
