The fat survival rate of water-jet assisted liposuction was (66.71±2.68)%, and the fat survival rate of the negative-pressure machine liposuction was (51.44±1.16)%. There were statistically significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). \n \n \nConclusions \nCompared with negative pressure liposuction, water-jet assisted liposuction using autologous fat grafting in breast augmentation can improve the survival rate of fat transplantation. 摘要

目的探讨不同吸脂方式对自体脂肪移植术的影响。方法回顾性分析2014年1月至2017年1月60例脂肪移植术隆胸患者的临床资料。根据抽脂方式将60例患者分为喷水辅助抽脂组(30例)和负压机抽脂组(30例)。比较隆胸术后不同吸脂方式的手术时间及脂肪存活率。术后1年随访分析不同吸脂方式的临床效果。结果60例患者完成手术。水射流辅助吸脂的脂肪存活率为(66.71±2.68)%，负压机吸脂的脂肪存活率为(51.44±1.16)%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(p0.05)。结论与负压吸脂术相比，水射流吸脂术采用自体脂肪移植隆胸可提高脂肪移植成活率。该技术具有良好的临床应用价值。关键词:移植;自体;脂肪;乳腺癌;负压抽脂;喷水辅助抽脂

Conclusions Compared with negative pressure liposuction, water-jet assisted liposuction using autologous fat grafting in breast augmentation can improve the survival rate of fat transplantation.
