Some strategies to implement advanced practice are related to continuing education, practice management, self-care, and disease management. 摘要

目的：探讨在基层卫生服务中实施高级实践护理的贡献和策略。材料和方法：本范围界定审查是根据乔安娜·布里格斯研究所的指导方针在六个数据库中进行的，即：LILACS、MEDLINE、WoS、Embase、CINAHL和Scopus，以及一个书目库。共发现3076项研究，其中12项被选中。结果：关于高级实践护理的研究所提到的贡献分为三个子类，分别是：护理、教育或管理以及预防实践。他们关注自主性、专业临床技能、治疗咨询和以患者为中心的互动。一些实施高级实践的策略与继续教育、实践管理、自我护理和疾病管理有关。结论：有必要改进高级实践护理的策略，特别是在初级护理中，以解决专业护理、指标制定和治疗目标方面的差距。
