These drugs will be modifying the whole immune system with the fine balance between cancer surveillance and preserving self-tolerance. The immune checkpoint inhibitors have superior anti-cancer therapeutic affect but new, until unknown complication raised. In this mini review we will discuss the most acute kidney injuries during chemotherapy.
