This study contributes to SCDM knowledge by identifying the main barriers to implementation and revealing their interrelationships. This empirical study uses an upstream supply chain in the Thai automotive industry. The results provide insight into the Thai automotive industry to alleviate barriers and efficiently and effectively manage resources while implementing SCDM.
