Data were analyzed descriptively using a correlational design. Hypothesis testing was done by analyzing the parametric correlation between the independent variables and the dependent variable partially. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between involvement in MGMP, pedagogical competence, and professional competence of civic teachers and the learning outcomes of high school students in Malang. 摘要

本研究旨在确定教师参与学科教师协会(MGMP)、公民教师的教学和专业能力与马朗高中学生学习成绩的关系。采用相关设计对数据进行描述性分析。通过部分分析自变量和因变量之间的参数相关性进行假设检验。本研究结果表明,参与MGMP、公民教师的教学能力和专业能力与马朗高中生的学习成绩之间存在着积极而显著的关系。所有的假设都显示出显著的关系。
