Suspicious colonies were confirmed by MAPIS900-qPCR. Positive DNA was sub-typed using mycobacterial interspersed repetitive units-variable number of tandem repeat (MIRU-VNTR) and multilocus short sequence repeats (MLSSR) techniques to analyze the genetic differences between the isolates.
