摘要

本文研究了接触焊机输入接触脉冲后钢板间的接触熔化过程,其中以纳米碳纤维和难熔金属粉末形式存在于钢板之间。结果表明,碳纳米管的加入可以以较低的能量成本确保接触熔化的通过,并获得具有相当硬度的高碳质层,而掺杂元素的加入可以控制形成材料的结构、晶粒和物理机械性能。
