Therefore, this paper analyzes the special work accidents in terms of six aspects: categories of special work, industry distribution, enterprise scales, provincial location distribution, time‐volatility characteristics, and accident causes. 摘要

特殊作业包括高温作业、密闭空间作业、用限位板封堵管道作业、高空作业、吊装作业、临时电力作业、挖掘作业、破路作业以及其他可能对操作人员本人、周围建筑物、设备和设施造成伤害或损坏的作业。本文对中国2008年至2021年间发生的154起重大及以上危险化学品事故进行了统计调查,发现仅特种作业事故就有58起,占事故总数的37.7%。但是,目前国内还没有对特种作业事故的特点进行统计分析。为此,本文从特殊作业类别、行业分布、企业规模、省级区位分布、时间波动特征和事故原因六个方面对特殊作业事故进行了分析。并提出了相应的对策和建议,以期为中国特种作业事故的预防提供参考。
