摘要

目的探讨计算机辅助发现严重急性呼吸系统综合征冠状病毒2型药物的研究进展。方法综合检索新闻报道、科技期刊研究论文、学术预印本网站等网络资源。结果自新冠肺炎爆发以来，国内外研究人员迅速开始寻找抗SARS-CoV-2的药物，并取得了一定进展。本文综述了计算机辅助发现严重急性呼吸系统综合征冠状病毒2型药物的进展。结论基于对接和生物信息学的方法都取得了一定的成就，已经确定了许多候选药物，但未来还需要考虑更多的新靶点。关键词：新型冠状病毒；严重急性呼吸系统综合征冠状病毒2型；药物发现
