摘要

本研究主要通过将Eppawala溶胶-凝胶合成羟基磷灰石(SGHAp)与人类牙齿以及目前在斯里兰卡用于牙科应用的市售玻璃离子水泥(GIC)进行比较和对比,来了解其作为牙科填充材料的适用性。选定的商业产品包含两个主要部分,因为GIC主要由氟铝硅酸盐玻璃和甲基丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯聚合物组成,目前在斯里兰卡政府医院使用的是自固化传统玻璃离聚物修复材料,用于非应力修复、乳牙修复、老年修复,用于蛀牙的中间修复和基底材料,包括夹层技术、颈部修复、冷成型、临时填充物和牙本质置换等。在使用前,通过将其粉末成分与聚合物成分混合在临床上直接制备,制成的糊剂在几秒内固化[26]。
