摘要

目的从源头上预防科技期刊学术不端行为的发生。方法以现代管理中的控制理论为基础，采用归纳分析的方法。结果明确了科技期刊学术不端行为的前馈控制，确定了作者、作者单位和科技期刊编辑三个层次的前馈控制。结论三级前馈控制是预防学术不端行为的有效手段。关键词:前馈控制;科技期刊;学术造假

Feedforward control of academic misconducts theses in sci-tech periodicals

Objective To prevent the occurrence of academic misconduct in sci-tech periodicals from the source. Methods Based on the control theory in modern management, the method of inductive analysis was adopted. Results To define the feedforward control of academic misconduct in sci-tech periodicals, identify three-level feedforward control that including author, author’s institution and the sci-tech periodical editor.
