摘要

目的从源头上预防科技期刊学术不端行为的发生。方法以现代管理中的控制理论为基础,采用归纳分析的方法。结果明确了科技期刊学术不端行为的前馈控制,确定了作者、作者单位和科技期刊编辑三个层次的前馈控制。结论三级前馈控制是预防学术不端行为的有效手段。关键词:前馈控制;科技期刊;学术造假

Objective To prevent the occurrence of academic misconduct in sci-tech periodicals from the source.
