摘要

自2002年以来，阿根廷私营部门工资不平等现象减少的主要原因是，不同教育程度的工人之间的工资差距缩小了。本文分析了最低工资和集体谈判对正规私营部门工资收入者教育保费减少的影响。之所以强调这一点，是因为不能单独分析这两个机构，而且有证据表明，在分析期间，它们不会对缩小教育工资差距产生影响。
