The test result of methyl ester of bintaro kernel oil have iod value 92,82 g iod/100 gr oil, acid value 1,67 mg KOH/g oil with acid concentration 12,470% and saponification value 185.225 mg KOH/gr oil. From GC-MS analysis fatty acid dominant composition from methyl ester is methyl oleat with walue 45.86%. From HLB analysis show value 0,539. 摘要
以仁芋油为原料,经酯化反应和反式酯化反应两个阶段合成甲酯。实验结果表明,芋仁油甲酯的碘值为92、82 g /100 g,酸值为1、67 mg KOH/g,酸浓度为12470%,皂化值为185.225 mg KOH/g。气相色谱-质谱分析表明,甲酯中脂肪酸的主要成分为甲基油酸,值为45.86%。HLB分析显示值为0.539。FT-IR分析结果表明,香芋仁油中甲酯在波数17443.65处有典型的吸收峰(C=O ester)。
