A case report of duplex kidney and ureter abnormality accompanied with lower giant hydronephrosis

Duplex kidney and ureter abnormality are one of the most common malformation in urinary system, with most of patients present no apparent symptom, and only a few patients being complicated by ureter obstruction and serious hydronephrosis, which is difficult to differentiate with renal cyst.
