Analytical expressions where established to determine the conditions under which in the optimal system of phase-locked loop has no influence on the transient process of limiting the periodic static characteristic of the phase discriminator. Experimental studies have confirmed meeting the norms of the European standard ETS 300 462-4 for the time parameters of the reference signal generated by the phase-locked loop system, which is optimal in terms of speed, and also demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed implementation of the device for multi-channel monitoring of time synchronization signals for SMART Grid of power systems.
