The absence of legal norms was revealed that allow mobilized individuals to notarize the transaction, if such a need arose after leaving for the SVO zone in Ukraine, including the territory of new constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The specifics of the application of legislation on notarial activities during the transition period have been determined.
