摘要

目的基于KANO模型对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)后患者的心脏康复信息需求进行定性分析,了解每种需求的满足程度和重要性,为优化临床康复健康指导提供依据。方法自2019年5月起,本研究采用方便抽样的方法选择144例选择性PCI患者作为受试者。基于基础知识、营养、运动、药物、工作与职业、压力与心理、社会关注、危机与安全、诊断与治疗、心脏康复信息需求危险因素管理等10个方面的需求,设计了KANO双因素问卷,得出需求类,绘制需求满意度重要度幻方。结果在51项心脏康复信息需求量表中,5项(9.8%)具有本质属性,14项(27.5%)具有期望属性,8项(15.7%)具有魅力属性,24项(47.1%)无差异属性。满意度-重要性矩阵图显示,PCI后心脏康复信息需求中,有4个方面的需求处于改善区域,其中20个方面处于二次改善区域。结论需求重要性矩阵直接反映患者满意度,间接反映患者的需求重要性。关键词:心;康复;KANO模型;信息需求;经皮冠状动脉介入治疗
