Before surgery, the patient showed high serum alanine aminotransferase levels, which returned to normal eight months after the resection. Unfortunately, the postoperative follow-up showed increased serum cholesterol and triglyceride levels, suggesting liver compromise. 摘要

脾骨髓瘤是一种罕见的犬类肿瘤，来源不明。一只13岁的雄性雪纳瑞狗因为腹部左侧的肿块而出现。临床检查及腹部超声显示脾脏有肿块。我们进行了全脾切除术，组织病理学显示为脾骨髓瘤。术前患者血清丙氨酸转氨酶水平较高，术后8个月恢复正常。不幸的是，术后随访显示血清胆固醇和甘油三酯水平升高，提示肝脏受损。这是哥伦比亚首例脾骨髓瘤的报告。
