Where is QDA hiding? An analysis of the discoverability of qualitative research support on academic library websites
This study explores the discoverability of qualitative research support services, using a purposive sample of academic library websites (n=95). These services were hard to find on most of the websites in our sample. In this paper, we outline the site characteristics that make discoverability easy or hard.
