The method used is a qualitative method with the type of ecology psychology. Data analysis in this study was carried out inductively. The research subjects were determined purposively by considering the criteria are: Lecturers and Education Personnel at the University in Madiun City who have not been vaccinated for Covid-19. The results of the study show that positive verbal persuasion fosters efficacy for research subjects in making decisions regarding the perception of Covid-19 vaccination as a limited face-to-face meeting learning, otherwise, negative verbal persuasion increasingly makes research subjects carry out denial and self-defense the perception of Covid-19 vaccination as a limited face-to-face meeting learning. 摘要

本文旨在从价值观角度和社区规范接受新冠肺炎疫苗接种作为实施有限面对面会议学习的要求之一的问题,找出讲师和教育人员未实施新冠肺炎疫苗接种的原因,了解马甸市社区特别是高等教育单位作为后果现象的行为情况。所采用的方法是生态心理学类型的定性方法。本研究的数据分析采用归纳法。研究对象是有目的地确定的,考虑的标准是:马迪翁市大学的讲师和教育人员,他们没有接种Covid-19疫苗。研究结果表明,积极的言语说服促进了研究对象对Covid-19疫苗接种作为有限面对面会议学习的认知做出决策的效力,反之,消极的言语说服越来越多地使研究对象对Covid-19疫苗接种作为有限面对面会议学习的认知进行否认和自卫。总之,新冠肺炎疫苗接种是针对讲座和教育人员的,而不是马迪云市大学准备和实施有限面对面会议学习的强制性先决条件。
