For this purpose, nine populations and one variety (Aslım-95) of rye and one variety of triticale (Karma-2000) were investigated for grain yield, crude protein content, acid detergent fiber (ADF), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, total phenolic, total flavonoid, DPPH free radical scavenging activity and condensed tannin content.
