Like other forms of discrimination, political discrimination in the workplace furthers inequality and likely results in similar negative outcomes: health problems, violence, turnover, and reduced productivity. Seeing Red and Blue: Political Discrimination at Work
Workplace political discrimination is a problem that warrants scholarly attention.
